Things clients ask.

A shared cloud gallery — usually Pic-Time or a similar tool — updates throughout the day. Edited, colour-corrected photos appear in batches every 60 to 90 minutes. Your team downloads, posts, or forwards as they please. Most clients have first usable photos within an hour of the event starting.
We maintain a small bench of vetted freelance partners who can step in if needed. The two-photographer model is the product — we don't compromise it.
Yes to both. Full professional liability and equipment insurance. Our delivery galleries are EU-hosted, password-protected, and access-logged. We can sign DPA and NDA agreements before any event.
Yes. During the run-of-show call we agree on tone, colour treatment, and any look references you'd like us to match. Our on-site editor builds custom presets for your event so the output is consistent — and visibly yours — from photo one.
Two full kits — primary and backup body for each photographer, a range of fast prime and zoom lenses, on-camera flash, and a dedicated editing laptop with backup. Everything is duplicated. If a body or lens fails, we keep shooting without you noticing.
Two to four weeks is comfortable. We can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times — get in touch and we'll let you know within 24 hours.
Prague is our base, but we cover events anywhere in the Czech Republic and travel internationally for the right project. Travel costs are quoted separately and transparently.
